About our products.

1. Read this before using our products. If you do not agree with the terms included in this product, please delete our products/files from your inventory/computer.
2. The original author's rights concerning this product must be respected. Editing of this STATEMENTS/DISCLAIMER by anyone other then BertusDebacle Bade or Dominus Skye is prohibited. We reserve the right to edit any part of our products/files without notice.
3. The use of reverse-engineering programs on any of the files included in our product breaches the rights, and explicitly grants the authors (BertusDebacle Bade and Dominus Skye) to pursue financial damages from you to the maximum extent of the Law.
4. We spend a lot of time on creating the products. You have permission to use the content on a "it is what it is"- basis.

UR Trains, BertusDebacle Bade and Dominus Skye can not be held responsible for a bad functioning system, because of badly scripted 3th party objects, bugs of SL Software, changes of SL sofware, abuse and excessive use of the system, heavily loaded simulators and avatars. We tested all systems under normal circumstances on a full primitive simulator, with 4 trains running and all add-on systems installed without problems.
7. In the opinion of BertusDebacle Bade and Dominus Skye everyone agrees with our statements by using our products. It is the customers duty to read the statements/disclaimer included in all our products. Ignoring of the statements are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the Law.
8. No replacements of lost items. Most items are Copy. Best to make several inventory copies to reduce the risk of loss.
9. No Refunds on sales.
